Allright so yesterday was the day I finally got my iPad! I met up with Annemiek in Rotterdam because she was getting one as well. We both were like a little kid in a candy store.

I made these series of illustrations for a colleague of mine that was leaving the company. Over the past few years that I worked with her I’ve seen her in millions of different outfits. So as a going-away present I made a card for her showing of different styles that she wore.
Someone asked e to make a illustration for her friend as a surprise gift. I never met this girl so I had to make this illustration based on photographs and information given. I find it hard to draw someone I have never met before, because then you don’t know little specific details of that person. [...]
I bought a Cinema 4d Workshop Book from Arndt von Koenigsmarck (what a cool name : -). I wanted to learn a bit more about modelling and animation. This first tutorial was about modelling a flashlight, using different techniques.
Last night I went to see The National play a great show in a very, very, very hot Tivoli (Utrecht). Headlining was the band Broken Records, and they were pretty good as well. Maybe just as good as The National. So both bands played good and I therefor I had a really good time last [...]
To keep myself up-2-date with my photoshop skills I started to try out these Photoshop Extreme Makeover projects, just to try out some stuff. This time I took a Plus Size model and made her a little bit skinnier, using the liquify tool.
For two friends of mine I made an illustration because they got married this weekend. Wilfred is a fireman an Elise is a nurse (specialty: burnwounds). So you could say they’re a perfect match together.

I haven’t seen NoFX in about six years or so. And tonight was a really awesome concert of them again in De Melkweg in Amsterdam. These 40-something punkrockers still know how to throw a party!
